Enhance the real estate investment of a 25-floors smart building located in a peripheral area of Milan, through a strategy aimed at making the building interesting to a large public to promote the sale of individual apartments. The communication message conveyed at different levels, national and lifestyle (through a smart storytelling to its Editor in Chief, we got the Cover of the first Italian Life Style Magazine – “Chi” – with an internal 4 page editorial). We focused on a clear message regarding an “accessible luxury”, where people could have their property including common services such as swimming pool, spa, gym: Media talked widely as an example of the first Italian “Condhotel”.
